Description

The Wiseco Garage Buddy Engine Rebuild Kit (PWR223-800B) delivers a complete, precision-machined solution for Polaris 800 4×4, 6×6, RZR, and Sportsman 800 EFI models. This kit includes a crankshaft assembly, main bearings and seals, forged pistons with ArmorGlide® skirt coating, all necessary gaskets, seals, and an hour meter with bracket. The crankshaft and rods are engineered and forged in-house, heat-treated, and shot-peened for superior durability and strength. Pistons are manufactured in the USA from 4032 aluminum alloy for high tensile strength and feature a 10.2:1 compression ratio. Koyo Japanese-sourced main bearings and OEM quality seals ensure smooth operation and reliability. Maxima® assembly lube is used throughout for optimal assembly. Developed and dyno-tested by Wiseco, this kit is covered by a limited warranty (90 days or 10 hours). Track your maintenance with the included hour meter.
