The Renthal Twinwall motocross handlebar is engineered for maximum strength and durability, featuring an innovative dual-tube construction. Designed with a large 1-1/8″ (28.6mm) diameter, the handlebar combines two aluminum alloy tubes for superior performance. The outer tube, made from 7010-T73 aluminum, offers exceptional resistance to mechanical damage and is anodized to prevent corrosion. The inner tube, crafted from ultra-high-strength 7010-T6 aluminum, is hard anodized to minimize wear from grips and controls. Rubber seals at the tube joints protect against water and cleaning fluid intrusion. Key features include a laser-etched positioning grid for precise alignment and compatibility with 1-1/8″ bar mounts. A bar pad is also included for added rider protection.
