The Renthal Twinring Rear Sprocket is designed for durability and performance, featuring a dual-material construction. The inner ring is made from high-strength Ultralight™ 7075 T-6 aluminum, while the outer ring is electro-less nickel-coated steel, ensuring longevity while keeping weight to a minimum. The outer ring is heated to 200°C and press-fitted onto the inner ring, creating a permanent bond for the life of the sprocket. Flat socket head screws provide additional strength and prevent interference with the chain guide. Self-cleaning mud grooves between each tooth help reduce dirt buildup, minimizing wear and maintaining performance. This sprocket lasts three times longer than standard aluminum options while remaining significantly lighter than an all-steel sprocket. Designed with input from top off-road and enduro race teams, Renthal’s Twinring sprocket offers a balance of durability and reduced unsprung weight, optimizing power delivery in demanding conditions. This model is a 520-pitch, 50-tooth rear sprocket, compatible with Yamaha YZ125, YZ250, YZ450F, WR250F, and WR450F models from 1999 to 2024.
