The Renthal RC Mini / 85cc Fatbar is a high-performance motocross handlebar designed for strength, flexibility, and reduced weight. Made from Renthal’s exclusive 7010-T6 aluminum alloy, this bar features a braceless design that enhances comfort while maintaining durability. The tapered outer wall transitions from a 1-1/8″ (28.6mm) clamping diameter to a 7/8″ (22.2mm) control diameter, allowing compatibility with standard controls. To improve grip security, the clutch side is knurled, and a laser-etched positioning grid aids in precise setup. The handlebar is shot-peened and anodized to resist corrosion. It requires 1-1/8″ bar mounts for bikes originally equipped with 7/8″ bars. For added protection, it includes an injection-molded foam bar pad.
