The Renthal RC High Twinwall Handlebar is a high-performance motocross handlebar designed with a patented dual-tube structure for unmatched strength and durability. Utilizing advanced materials and engineering principles inspired by aircraft design, this handlebar is built to endure the toughest impacts without compromising performance, making it a trusted choice for championship-winning riders since its introduction in 1998. The handlebar features a 1-1/8″ (28.6mm) large-diameter double-tube construction. The outer tube, made from 7010-T73 aluminum alloy, is anodized for corrosion resistance and offers exceptional protection against mechanical damage. The inner tube is constructed from ultra-high-strength 7010-T6 aluminum and is hard anodized to resist wear from grips and controls. Rubber seals at the tube junctions prevent water and cleaning fluids from entering, further enhancing durability. Additional features include a laser-etched positioning grid for precise setup and a 1-1/8″ bar mount requirement. A bar pad is included for added protection.
