The ProTaper KTM 50 Micro Bar Kit is a handlebar conversion system designed specifically for youth riders, ensuring a more secure and comfortable grip for improved control and reduced hand fatigue. It features a reduced-diameter handgrip area ideal for smaller hands and integrates with stock handlebar mounts, lever controls, and switches for easy installation on 2-stroke minibikes up to 85cc. Built with durability and performance in mind, the handlebars are constructed from exclusive 2000-series T6 aluminum alloy with a high-tech, shot-peened, stress-relieved, and anodized finish. The cold-forged aluminum crossbar and CNC-machined 6061 aluminum crossbar clamps are secured with aerospace-grade polymer for added strength. The clutch side handlebar knurling ensures maximum grip adhesion. The kit includes soft 1/3 Waffle Micro Grips made from a synthetic rubber compound, a 2-piece anodized and knurled T6 aluminum alloy throttle tube with seven optional cams, and a crossbar pad. Chemically-applied scratch- and peel-resistant graphics add a polished look, and replacement parts are available for individual purchase.
