The Twin Air Power Flow Replacement Filter is designed for use with Twin Air Power Flow Kits, offering superior airflow and filtration. Its dual-stage, dual-bonded foam design effectively captures even the smallest dirt particles while allowing more air to pass through compared to conventional two-layer filters. The filter replaces the stock air-restricting backfire screen and features a backfire-resistant foam layer for added engine protection. Each filter is pre-oiled with Twin Air’s biodegradable foam filter oil, ensuring maximum performance right out of the package. The oiling process includes complete submersion and curing in a temperature-controlled environment to evenly coat all pores. A thick, greaseless flat foam sealing ring ensures a secure fit in the airbox while enhancing airflow. For two-stroke applications, the Power Flow Kit includes a rigid, lightweight billet aluminum cage that provides a tight seal and replaces the stock plastic cage. Four-stroke kits come with a similar aluminum cage, but with an additional backfire-resistant foam layer inside the filter for added safety. Designed for durability and ease of maintenance, Twin Air filters are slightly smaller than stock, making them easier to install while increasing dead air space around the filter for improved performance.
