The Twin Air Power Flow Kit is designed to replace the restrictive stock air filter setup, providing enhanced performance and protection for both 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines. The kit includes a dual-bonded foam air filter that combines coarse open-pore foam to capture larger debris with fine inner foam to trap smaller particles, ensuring maximum airflow and engine protection. A key feature of the filter is its fused dual-layer design, which originated over 40 years ago and is now widely adopted for its effectiveness in harsh environments. The air filter is smaller than stock options to increase air space and circulation, boosting performance. It includes a backfire-resistant foam layer for added protection. The kit comes with a lightweight, billet aluminum cage that replaces the stock plastic cage, ensuring a tight seal with the airbox. The filter’s construction utilizes high-quality materials and adhesives that withstand repeated cleanings, even with harsh solvents, and features a greaseless, flat sealing ring to ensure a secure fit and optimal airflow.
