This Parts Unlimited Carburetor Repair Kit is designed for Yamaha YZF-R1. All diaphragms and gasket set components are manufactured from high-quality materials, matching original specifications. The kit includes all necessary O-rings, gaskets, jets, needle, mixture screw, float bowl screws, float valve needle and seat (note: needle jet and other pressed-in jets are not included). NBR rubber material is used on all O-rings and rubber gaskets, providing excellent resistance to ethanol found in modern fuels. The kit components are based on US models; discretion must be used for non-US applications. OEM jet sizes and slide needles are included for precise performance.
