Description
The Motion Pro Rev3™ Throttle Kit offers a slim, adjustable throttle housing to maximize lever clearance and allow precise positioning. Featuring an innovative reel system, riders can tailor throttle response with five interchangeable reels, from slow to fast rates, including a progressive cam reel. The billet aluminum inline cable adjusters simplify installation and adjustment, while the cable boot ensures reliable, smooth operation by keeping dirt and dust out. The kit uses a dual-cable, twist throttle design with 7/8" handlebar compatibility and includes grips. Cables are constructed with 6 mm upper housing for support and 5 mm lower housing with PTFE liner for flexibility and reduced friction. Please note: The kit is designed for Suzuki DR-Z400 models but may require minor adjustments for proper fitment. Installation by a qualified mechanic is recommended.
Fitment: Suzuki DR-Z400SM (2005-2009, 2013-2022), DR-Z400E, and DR-Z400S (2000-2009, 2011-2017).
Note: Fits CA models (E33) with CV carburetors only; does not fit 49 state models (E3) with 33 mm Mikuni Flat Slide carburetors.
