Kibblewhite Black Diamond Valve Kit XL1200 1988-2003

Description

The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Valve Kit is engineered for Harley-Davidson® XL1200 models from 1988 to 2003. Each kit includes two intake and two exhaust valves, crafted from lightweight, strong, one-piece stainless steel forgings. The Black Diamond™ process impregnates the valves to a depth of .002" with a .0002" surface buildup, enhancing wear properties, reducing friction, and ensuring resistance to corrosion and wear superior to chrome and nickel plating. Designed using Finite Element Analysis and tested on computerized flow benches, these valves are compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels and are made in the USA.

Kit Includes:

• 2x Intake Black Diamond™ Valve (1.715" head, 0.3100" stem, 23° tulip, 4.480" length)
• 2x Exhaust Black Diamond™ Valve (1.480" head, 0.3096" stem, 40° tulip, 4.560" length)
