The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Intake Valve for the 2003-2004 Kawasaki KX250F is a high-performance, precision-engineered component designed for durability and efficiency. CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 stainless steel, it features a proprietary multi-stage process that enhances wear resistance, reduces friction, and improves corrosion resistance. The valve is Stellite-tipped and undergoes a specialized German impregnation process, creating a surface layer that enhances longevity and performance beyond traditional hard chromium or electrolysis nickel plating. Designed using Finite Element Analysis software and tested on a computerized flow bench, it ensures optimal airflow for improved engine efficiency. For best performance, this valve must be used with Kibblewhite® Lightweight Valve Spring Kits. Sold individually.
