Made from high-strength SK75 Dyneema 12-strand synthetic fiber, this 1/4-inch thick, 50-foot-long rope offers an impressive average breaking strength of 7,700 lbs., making it ideal for 4,000-5,000 lb. winches. This synthetic cable is resistant to kinks, curls, rust, and splinters, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free operation. It features a heavy-duty nylon eye guard for added durability and a soft eye for easy attachment, particularly useful for plow applications. The included 5-foot sliding protective sheath helps prevent wear from rough or sharp surfaces. Additionally, the rope is lightweight, floats in water, and has very low stretch. For those replacing a steel cable, it is recommended to use a new roller fairlead or aluminum hawse fairlead to prevent potential damage from metal burrs.
