The KFI 15/64″ x 38′ Smoke Synthetic Winch Rope is a high-strength, lightweight alternative to steel cables. Made from SK75 Dyneema 12-strand synthetic fiber, it offers an average breaking strength of 7,700 lbs. This rope is designed to be safer and easier to handle than steel, as it won’t kink, curl, rust, or develop sharp frays. It features a heavy-duty nylon eye guard for durability and includes a sliding 5′ protective sheath to shield against rough or sharp surfaces. The rope is low-stretch, floats in water, and is ideal for plow winching or general winch applications. Installation is quick, typically taking 15 minutes or less. For best results, it is recommended to replace any metal cable winch line with a new roller fairlead or aluminum hawse fairlead to prevent damage from metal burrs. Additionally, any burrs on the cable spindle should be removed before assembly.
