The Hot Cams Stage 3 High Performance Camshaft is designed to maximize top-end horsepower in dual cam engines. Engineered as a drop-in upgrade, it works with stock valve springs in most applications. CNC machined from 8620 billet, case-hardened steel, it ensures precise fitment and optimal lobe profiles. This camshaft incorporates Hot Cams’ Improved Throttle Response (ITR) technology, enhancing throttle response across the RPM range while delivering significant mid-range and top-end power gains. It is designed to maintain the stock auto-decompression mechanism and does not require core exchange. Some models may include adjustable cam sprockets. Ideal for racing applications, this camshaft provides a noticeable increase in power and improved engine responsiveness. Not legal for use on pollution-controlled vehicles in California except for race applications with a waiver.
