Hastings Cast Piston Rings for Harley-Davidson Sportster models provide reliable performance with cast iron compression rings and three-piece flex-vent oil rings. Designed for two pistons, these rings include a reverse torsional taper face second ring and easy “spiral on” oil rings. The 1000cc ring set fits 1972 to early 1985 Sportster models, while the 1200cc Evolution set (Hastings #6164) fits 1988-2003 Sportsters with a standard bore of 3.4978″ and 5/32″ oil rings.
