The GMAX MX-96 Splinter Helmet offers a blend of comfort, style, and vital safety features for offroad riders. Its lightweight polymer shell is DOT approved and combines with a dual-density EPS liner for impact protection. The integrated MIPS (Multi-directional Impact Protection System)™ enhances safety against rotational forces. The helmet’s SpaSoft interior with COOLMAX CORE technology wicks moisture, dries quickly, and resists odor using charcoal bamboo fiber. True Functional Ventilation (TFV) ensures optimal airflow, while the removable and washable liner and cheek pads make cleaning easy. Additional features include a custom rubber trim with integrated nose guard, lightweight machined aluminum visor screws, stainless steel rivets and D-rings, a replaceable high-flow mouth vent, and a soft fleece helmet bag. Optional cold weather breath guards are also available.
