The Galfer DF218CW Wave® Front Rotor is designed to deliver maximum braking performance for the 2024 Kawasaki ZX-4R and ZX-4RR. Made from Galfer’s proprietary 420 high carbon virgin stainless steel, each rotor is laser cut (not stamped), double disc-parallel ground for perfect flatness, and heat-treated for optimal performance. This full-floating rotor design ensures ideal pad-to-rotor contact, providing better heat dissipation and reduced brake fade. Engineered and manufactured in Spain, it is KBA and TUV approved, race-proven, and comes with full installation instructions and a 6-month warranty when used with Galfer pads. Seamlessly replaces the OEM rotor with improved corrosion resistance and less tendency to warp.
