The D.I.D 415ERZ Series Racing Chain is a high-performance, lightweight, and low-friction chain designed to meet the demands of Moto3 racing, Mini MX, and road racing bikes. It features exclusive Super Dai Hard (SDH) pins that undergo a patented heat-treatment process, making them 1.5 times harder than conventional carbon-treated pins. This results in twice the wear resistance of the original D.I.D 415 ER chain and a 15% increase in tensile strength, reaching an average of 4,540 lbs. The 415ERZ is a non-sealed chain available in both clip and rivet-style links. It is designed for bikes up to 250cc and has a weight of 1.45 lbs per 100 links. Additional specifications include a pin length of 0.531″, a pin diameter of 0.156″, and inner and outer plate thicknesses of 1.5mm. This racing chain delivers superior durability and performance, providing an edge on the track.
