The Cylinder Works Big Bore Kit is a complete replacement cylinder kit designed for the Suzuki LTZ400, Kawasaki KFX400, and Arctic Cat DVX400. This 434cc big bore kit includes a nickel silicon carbide-plated cylinder for enhanced durability and performance. It is honed to precise specifications for easy piston installation and requires no additional machine work. The kit comes with a Vertex piston, rings, wrist pin, circlips, and a full gasket set. It is designed to look identical to the OEM cylinder while providing increased displacement for improved power output. Replacement pistons, gaskets, and ring sets are available separately.
