The Cometic Top End Gasket Kit with Extreme Sealing Technology (EST™) is engineered for Suzuki RM-Z450 models from 2008 to 2023 with a 97mm bore. This kit features multi-layer steel (MLS) head, base, and rocker gaskets, each coated with a proprietary rubber material for maximum sealing and durability. The head gasket is designed to efficiently dissipate heat from the combustion ring across the gasket surface, helping eliminate hot spots and prevent gasket failure. Each kit includes all necessary gaskets, seals, and O-rings required for a complete top end rebuild from the cylinder base upward.
