This carburetor repair kit is designed for Suzuki Intruder 800 GL (2001-2002, 2004-2009) and VS800GL Intruder (1992-2000, 2003) models. Manufactured from high-quality materials for durability and reliability, the kit includes all necessary O-rings, gaskets, jets, needle, mixture screw, float bowl screws, float valve needle and seat (needle jet and other pressed-in jets are not included). All rubber components use NBR material, ensuring excellent resistance to ethanol found in modern fuel. OEM jet sizes and slide needles are included. Please note, components are based on US models and discretion is advised when installing on non-US models.
