The EVO U Series Slip-On Exhaust for the 2015-2023 Polaris RZR 900, Trail, S 900, and 4 900 delivers significant horsepower and torque gains with a deep, throaty tone. Designed for utility and sport utility ATVs and side-by-sides, this exhaust system is built for power and sound. Constructed with a high-temp black, thermal-coated oval aluminum muffler, a black powder-coated stainless steel end tip for heat dissipation, and a 304 stainless steel mid-pipe, it offers durability and performance. The slip-fit design reduces the risk of cracking by allowing movement between the mid-pipe and silencer. A TIG-welded reinforced muffler bracket provides additional strength. This exhaust is much lighter than stock, with a sleek design that maximizes clearance. It includes a removable screen-type USFS-approved spark arrestor and a Vortex Quiet insert for noise reduction. **Note:** This system is not ARB/CARB compliant and cannot be sold in California.
