Upgrade your Harley-Davidson touring model with the Arlen Ness Method Kickback Handlebar Riser. This 10" riser features a 1-1/2" pullback, combining comfort and aggressive style. Precision CNC-machined from billet aluminum, it offers sculpted pockets, machined windows, and a matte black finish. The unique design eliminates the need for top cup washers, and is compatible with both factory and aftermarket front ends. Accepts factory gauges (removal of the plastic gauge nacelle required).
