The Variable Axis System (VAS) shield system lowers the pivot point, creating a smoother shell surface for improved impact energy reduction. The VAS latch securely holds the shield closed to prevent unexpected openings while allowing intuitive operation. The QVF and QVR intake/exhaust ducts provide excellent ventilation, while the FCS® cheek pads enhance comfort and noise reduction. Built with a Peripherally Belted – Super Complex Laminate Construction (PB-SCLC) shell for durability and affordability. Includes a VAS-Max Vision shield that accepts the Pinlock® lens, with a Pinlock® 120 MaxVision™ insert included.
