Constructed with Arai’s PB-SNC² shell made from super fiber and synthetic fibers, this helmet offers exceptional strength while remaining lightweight. Its advanced VAS shield mechanism incorporates a variable axis with a moving pivot for smoother shield operation and quick, simple shield changes. The shield latch system enhances security, while the smaller VAS pivot cover increases the helmet's ability to glance off objects during impacts.
Comfort is maximized with a fully removable odor-resistant liner, removable temple padding, and a replaceable crown pad that allow for a customized fit. The Diffuser Type 12 system improves airflow and reduces noise and water intrusion, while the IC Duct5 chin vent draws in fresh air efficiently. A clear Pinlock® insert is included with the VAS Max Vision shield for superior visibility across all seasons. A chin curtain enhances aerodynamics by blocking turbulent air from the underside of the helmet.
