The Alpinestars SM3 Youth Deegan Helmet is a lightweight, high-performance helmet engineered specifically for younger riders engaging in MX, Enduro, or off-road riding. The helmet features a thermo-injected shell constructed from a technologically advanced impact-resistant thermoplastic polymer blend, optimized for both weight and protection. It includes a multi-density EPS liner for targeted impact absorption and minimal rotational forces thanks to a patented low-friction coating. The helmet shell is tailored for Youth Small sizing, ensuring a proper fit for younger riders, approximately 3 to 4 years old.
It also features a patented visor release system that reduces neck forces during impact, an emergency release system with removable cheek pads, and a 3D contoured foam interior for comfort. The helmet includes ten intake and seven exhaust ports for extensive airflow and cooling. A 25mm soft textile chin strap with stainless steel D-rings ensures safety and comfort. The liner uses recycled materials for reduced carbon footprint, and hydration tube channels are integrated into the cheek pads.
