The Arai Ram-X Helmet is designed with an intermediate oval shape that fits most head shapes in the North American market. It features the Variable Axis System (VAS) pivot cover, which is smaller and lower to increase the helmet's ability to glance off objects during an impact. The VAS-Z shield system has a lower pivot point, providing a smoother temple area for improved sliding performance. This helmet includes a one-piece, multi-density EPS liner and a Z Resin shell for enhanced strength and reduced weight. The Pro Shade System adapts to varying light conditions without compromising impact absorption. It is glasses-compatible with removable foam in the earcups, which are also easy to remove and wash. The VAS-Z shield accepts a Pinlock® lens and includes a Pinlock®-120 fog-resistant lens. Certified under SNELL M2020 and DOT standards.
