The Arai Corsair-X Solid Helmet is engineered for superior performance with an intermediate oval shape, designed to fit the majority of North American head shapes. Featuring an enhanced internal air channel system, the helmet ensures improved ventilation by pulling hot/moist air from the eye port area through ducted channels behind the cheek pads, exhausting through the side cowl vents. The PB-SNC2 shell incorporates Z Resin, reducing weight while maintaining strength. Constructed with super fiber and special synthetic reinforcing fibers, it provides exceptional 'Glancing Off' properties.

Additional structural reinforcements include an internal Structural Net and Peripheral Belt for minimal weight increase while enhancing strength. The Variable Axis System (VAS) shield latch securely holds the shield closed to prevent unexpected openings. A dual-function lever allows for quick and easy shield removal, while the larger latch ensures seamless operation even with heavy gloves. The IC Duct5 system uses a three-position slide gate for improved sealing, reducing noise and water intrusion.
