The PB-SNC2 shell utilizes Z Resin to bond multiple layers securely while reducing weight. Super Fiber and special reinforcing fibers enhance strength while maintaining excellent Glancing Off properties. The internal structural net and peripheral belt further reinforce the shell without adding unnecessary bulk.

Ventilation is optimized with an improved air extraction system that channels hot air from the eye port through ducts behind the cheek pads, exhausting through side cowl vents to keep riders cool and reduce fogging. The IC Duct5 system features a three-position slide gate for better noise and water intrusion control.

The Variable Axis System (VAS) shield latch and mechanism ensure smooth operation and resistance to unexpected openings. A dual-function lever releases both the side cover and shield pin for quick removal. A larger latch allows intuitive shield operation, even with gloves.
