PBI 24 Tooth Offset Chain-Drive Front Sprocket

**Offset Chain-Drive Sprocket - 24 Tooth Front** This high-quality 24-tooth front sprocket is CNC-machined from premium 8620 chromoly steel, case-hardened, and finished with electroless nickel plating for enhanced corrosion resistance, durability, and lubricity. It is heat-treated for extended lifespan and minimal wear. The sprocket is designed to meet or exceed OEM specifications and is broached for maximum spline-to-shaft contact. It is drilled and tapped to accommodate a late-model lock plate (available separately). The total offset measurement is taken from the face that rests against the mainshaft bearing to the inside of the teeth. Designed for use with a 530 pitch chain. 520 conversion sprockets are also available to replace a belt drive with a 520 chain, allowing for a wider rear tire. These are constructed from 7075 T-651 aluminum alloy with a chromate finish. Drive chains are sold separately.
