The Big Gun EVO U Series Dual Full System Exhaust is designed for the 2012-2016 Arctic Cat Wildcat 1000i H.O., 4, and X models. Engineered for utility and sport utility ATVs and side-by-sides, this exhaust system delivers significant horsepower and torque gains while producing a deep, throaty exhaust note. Constructed with high-temp black thermal-coated oval-shaped aluminum mufflers and black powder-coated stainless steel end tips, this system is built for durability and heat dissipation. It features a 304 stainless steel mid-pipe and head pipe, along with TIG-welded reinforced muffler brackets for added strength. The lightweight design improves performance and allows for maximum clearance. The slip-fit design helps prevent cracking by allowing movement between the mid-pipe and silencer due to sub-frame flex. A removable, screen-type USFS-approved spark arrestor and Vortex Quiet Inserts are included. This exhaust system is not ARB/CARB compliant and cannot be sold in California. It comes with a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty.
