The EVO U Series Dual Full System Exhaust for the 2015-2023 Polaris RZR S 900 and RZR 4 900 is designed for riders seeking significant horsepower and torque gains. Engineered specifically for utility and sport utility ATVs as well as side-by-sides, this exhaust delivers a deep, throaty tone and powerful performance. Constructed with a high-temp black thermal-coated oval-shaped aluminum muffler, it features a black powder-coated stainless steel end tip for heat dissipation. The system includes a 304 stainless steel mid-pipe and head pipe, TIG-welded reinforced muffler brackets, and a 6061 aluminum silencer housing. A slip-fit design helps prevent cracking by allowing movement between the mid-pipe and silencer due to sub-frame shifts. Weighing significantly less than the stock exhaust, this system offers a sleek design for maximum clearance. Additional features include a removable screen-type USFS-approved spark arrestor and a Vortex Quiet insert. It comes with a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty.
