The Big Gun ECO Series Slip-On Exhaust for the 2006-2023 Can-Am DS 250 is an affordable yet high-performance upgrade designed for riders seeking improved horsepower and torque. This slip-on system features a 6061 brushed aluminum muffler housing and a black powder-coated stainless steel end tip. Its slip-fit mid-pipe design allows flexibility to prevent damage from frame movement, while the TIG-welded 304 stainless steel mid-pipe ensures durability. This exhaust system is USFS-approved with a removable screen-type spark arrestor and meets 98dB sound regulations for track and trail use. It is built to the same rigorous standards as the rest of the Big Gun lineup, offering an excellent balance of performance and value. Note that Big Gun exhausts are intended for closed-course use only and are not legal for sale or use on pollution-controlled vehicles in California. A one-year limited manufacturer's warranty is included.
