The BX Ski Set, also known as the Boondocking Xtreme, is specifically designed for technical mountain riders. Its innovative design includes a progressively curved rocker on the bottom for smooth navigation through tight trees and a tapered rear section for effortless side-hilling. The ski also features integrated snow traction grooves on both sides of the center keel to maintain grip on steep angles, while the top surface includes traction grooves for improved boot stability in deep snowboarding situations. Constructed from ultra-durable UHMW poly material, the BX Ski Set is built to withstand rigorous conditions. Its adjustable, flexible tip and patented all-plastic saddle provide enhanced flexibility and reverse flex compared to traditional bolted-on metal saddles. The ski's flat-bottom design and square keel with simple 90° angles float on snow without relying on engineered lift, offering a unique performance advantage. Additional features include a larger kicked-up tail for improved reverse functionality, a tapered tail profile for easier transitions, and an ISR-approved handle. The dimensions of the ski are 7-1/4" wide (tapered) by 42" long, with a center keel height of 1.125 inches and a 90° center keel. Each ski weighs 7 lbs (including the handle) and is sold in pairs. Note: Mounting kits and carbides must be purchased separately. Optional colored handles are also available.
