The Pingel Electric Speed Shifter Kit for 2003-2005 Dyna models with forward controls enables seamless clutchless shifting at full or partial throttle with the push of a button. This system electronically suspends the ignition to allow smooth gear changes without using the foot shifter, though the clutch is still required for starting and stopping. The kit includes a dual-button handlebar control, a chrome-plated shift cylinder, a bolt-on support bracket, and a control module that sends instant shift signals. An electronic ignition kill module is also included to momentarily interrupt ignition for smooth shifting. The system retains OEM shifting functionality after installation.
