The Cycle Electric Inc. Generator End Regulator is designed for 1965-1981 Harley-Davidson Shovelhead, Panhead, and XL models with 12V standard generators using an updated 4-hole end plate. It features a durable cast aluminum end cap with transistorized voltage components and an installed end shaft bearing for reliable performance. The updated end plate includes an extra set of mounting holes to align the regulator fins with the engine fins. Built for longevity, it is designed to handle overloads and continuous operation using high-quality materials and military-spec assembly processes. Not compatible with P/N 498342. For use with O.E.M. (65A) generators.
