The JE Pistons 9:1 Compression Piston Kit is designed for the Hyundai 3.8L V6 Genesis engine. This set includes six forged pistons made from high-strength 2618 aluminum, ensuring durability for high-performance applications. Featuring JE Pistons' proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design, these pistons minimize friction and reduce weight while maintaining strength. The skirt coating helps reduce wear, friction, and operational noise. Some applications also feature an accumulator groove to improve ring seal and reduce pressure fluctuations. The kit includes high-quality wrist pins, locks, and JE Pro Seal premium piston rings. Bore size is 3.780 inches with an inverted dome/dish design.
