The JE Pistons Audi S4 2.7L TT Piston Kit is a high-performance set of six forged pistons, precision-engineered for the Audi 2.7L S4 twin-turbo engine. Crafted from robust 2618 aluminum, these pistons are designed to handle the demands of high-performance applications, offering exceptional durability and strength. The proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design minimizes friction, reduces power loss, and lowers overall weight with a shorter wrist pin and reduced skirt width. Depending on the application, the pistons feature a skirt coating to reduce friction and wear on piston skirts and cylinder walls while also minimizing operational noise. An accumulator groove (where applicable) further enhances performance by reducing combustion gas pressure, improving ring seal, and delivering consistent power. The kit includes premium wrist pins, locks, and JE Pro Seal piston rings for reliable sealing and performance. With a 3.228-inch bore, 9.00:1 compression ratio, inverted dome/dish design, and a 0.827-inch wrist pin, this piston set is specifically designed for optimized performance in the 2.7L S4 twin-turbo engine.
