The JE Pistons Focus ST 2.5 Piston Kit is a set of five high-performance forged pistons designed for the Ford 2.5L ST engine. Made from strong 2618 aluminum, these pistons provide durability and strength for high-demand applications. The proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design reduces friction and power loss while also minimizing weight with a shorter wrist pin. Depending on the application, the pistons feature a skirt coating to reduce friction, wear, and operating noise, as well as an accumulator groove to improve ring seal by reducing combustion gas pressure. The kit includes high-quality wrist pins, locks, and JE Pro Seal premium piston rings. These pistons have an inverted dome/dish design, a bore size of 3.307 inches, a compression height of 1.118 inches, and a wrist pin diameter of 0.827 inches, delivering a compression ratio of 8.5:1. Designed for performance and reliability, they are suitable for racing and high-performance street applications.
