The JE Pistons Audi TT-RS 83mm Bore Piston Kit is a premium performance upgrade designed for the Audi 2.5L TFSI 20V engine. This set of five pistons features an -8.1cc inverted dome/dish design with a 3.268-inch bore and a 9.5:1 compression ratio. Forged from high-strength 2618 aluminum, these pistons are engineered for demanding performance applications, offering durability and optimized performance. The pistons utilize JE's proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) technology, reducing skirt width to minimize friction, decrease power loss, and save weight through a shorter wrist pin. Additional features include a skirt coating to reduce friction, wear, and operating noise, as well as an accumulator groove that helps maintain consistent power by improving ring seal and reducing ring flutter. Each kit includes high-quality wrist pins, locks, and JE Pro Seal premium piston rings for a complete installation. This piston kit is designed to deliver proven performance for a variety of high-stress applications, making it ideal for racing and high-performance builds.
