These pistons utilize a proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design to reduce friction, minimize power loss, and lower overall weight. A specially coated skirt reduces friction, wear, and operational noise, while an accumulator groove (on applicable models) enhances ring performance by reducing combustion gas pressure and improving seal integrity.
