The S&S Cycle 106" Big Bore Kit is designed to deliver excellent performance with stock cylinder heads while providing an easy installation process. No crankcase machining or flywheel rebalancing is required, as the piston weight matches stock specifications. The kit includes premium aluminum cylinders with cast-in iron liners, forged coated pistons, rings, and essential gaskets (head, base, and exhaust). The pistons feature enlarged valve pockets to accommodate oversized valves and high-lift cams. EFI engines will require tuning, and S&S recommends Dynojet Power Vision flash tuners for 2001-2016 models with Delphi EFI systems. The cylinders are available with a durable wrinkle powder-coated finish that matches the stock Harley-Davidson appearance. This upgrade requires a skilled technician to properly check all clearances and assembly specifications.
