The Dakota Digital MLX Series 3-3/8" Speedometer/Tachometer Gauge provides a comprehensive and fully customizable digital display for your motorcycle. It features an adjustable speedometer (switchable between MPH and km/h), a bar-style tachometer with adjustable shift point, a voltmeter with low-voltage alert, a cylinder temperature gauge (when applicable), a clock, gear position indicator, odometer with dual trip meters, service meter, and hour meter. Additional indicators include low fuel, security, and check engine alerts. Performance data such as high-speed and RPM recall, 0-60 timing, 1/4-mile time and speed, and numeric RPM output are accessible via the two-line message center. The gauge display automatically adjusts its brightness for optimal visibility, dimming for night riding and switching to a high-contrast mode for clear readability in direct sunlight. The MLX-2011 model supports oil pressure and oil temperature readings with optional sensors and can be expanded with MBM modules to include air pressure, boost, and compass heading data. A wide range of customization options includes 31 illumination colors for speed readings, bar graphs, gauge labels, and the message center, with 12 preset themes available for quick selection. This gauge is designed for motorcycles and may require additional wiring for older models ('03 and earlier).
