The Big Gun EVO U Series Full System Exhaust for the 2015-2019 Polaris ACE 570 is designed for utility and sport utility ATVs, delivering significant horsepower and torque gains. It produces a deep, throaty tone and features a slip-fit design to prevent cracking by allowing movement between the mid-pipe and silencer. Constructed with a high-temperature black, thermal-coated aluminum muffler and a black powder-coated stainless steel end tip, this exhaust system is built for durability and heat dissipation. It also includes a 304 stainless steel mid-pipe and head pipe, a TIG-welded reinforced muffler bracket, and a 6061 aluminum silencer housing. The lightweight design provides maximum clearance while maintaining high performance. The system comes with a Vortex Quiet insert and a removable, screen-type USFS-approved spark arrestor. It also features a quick-change billet end cap with a removable turndown for easy spark arrestor installation. Designed to handle rough terrains, the EVO U Series exhaust enhances power and sound while ensuring compliance with forestry regulations.
