The Big Gun EVO U Series Full System Exhaust for the 2014-2023 Honda Rancher 420 (Straight Axle) is designed to deliver significant horsepower and torque gains. Built specifically for utility ATVs and side-by-sides, this system provides a deep, aggressive exhaust tone while enhancing overall performance. Constructed with a high-temp black, thermal-coated aluminum muffler and a black powder-coated stainless steel end tip, the exhaust is built for durability and heat dissipation. It features a 304 stainless steel mid-pipe and head pipe, along with a TIG-welded reinforced muffler bracket for added strength. The lightweight design reduces overall weight compared to the stock exhaust, and the sleek muffler shape allows for maximum clearance. The system includes a slip-fit mid-pipe connection to prevent cracking due to sub-frame movement. A removable USFS-approved spark arrestor and a Vortex Quiet insert are included, keeping noise levels within the 96-98 dB range for track and trail compliance. This exhaust is intended for closed-course use only and is not legal for pollution-controlled vehicles in California.
