Those part number does NOT include signal lights. It has brackets to use any stalk mount signal with 8-10mm diameter shaft. Competition Werkes - The Original Fender Eliminator. Fender eliminators--like the name indicates--eliminates the large plastic rear fender hanging off of the back of most sportbikes and replace them with a custom-made license plate bracket.
