The Cylinder Works Big Bore Kit for the Yamaha YFZ 450 is a complete bolt-on solution designed to enhance performance and durability. The kit includes a nickel silicon carbide-plated cylinder, a matched Vertex piston, rings, pin, clips, and gaskets. It is built to closely resemble OEM cylinders while improving longevity and reducing engine noise. No additional machining is required for installation unless otherwise noted. Replacement pistons, gaskets, and ring sets are available separately.
