The 4" Sidewinder Big Bore Kit by S&S Cycle is a bolt-on solution designed to significantly increase engine displacement without the need for crankcase modifications, machining, or engine removal from the frame. This kit is compatible with select 88", 96", and 103" engines, boosting them to 100" and 110" respectively. It features a cast aluminum cylinder with a cast ductile iron sleeve, offering superior heat transfer and improved ring seal. The kit delivers a 10.5:1 compression ratio (when used with stock 85cc heads), ensuring a reliable, streetable engine with the potential for enhanced performance when paired with performance cams. Each kit includes all necessary components for installation, including cylinders, forged pistons, piston rings, pins, clips, and gaskets. Note: it is not compatible with S&S 79cc heads.
