The Cylinder Works Standard Bore Cylinder Kit for the Yamaha YZ 250 (1999-2023) is a ready-to-install, direct bolt-on replacement that requires no re-plating. It is designed to look and function like the OEM cylinder while offering enhanced durability. The cylinder is Nickel Silicon Carbide plated for long life and honed to precise specifications for easy piston installation. Each kit includes a matched Vertex piston to ensure longevity, performance, and reduced engine noise. The package comes complete with the cylinder, piston, rings, pin, clips, and gaskets. Replacement pistons, gaskets, and ring sets are also available. This kit is designed exclusively for closed-course competition use and is not legal for use on public roads or highways in California.
